Will began his notable career in the payroll business at ADP in 1992 as a sales representative in the
New Orleans area. He quickly moved up the ranks, joining the ADP corporate office in New Jersey and
eventually taking on a management position in Oklahoma. In his last position as Vice President of Sales
for the Southeast Region, Will led a team of 20 sales associates and managers to become one of the top
producing groups in the country for ADP.

Will is a proud alumnus of Louisiana State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in
Finance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northshore Community Foundation and
the Mandeville Soccer Association. He is a past board member of the Entrepreneurs Organization.
Netchex is recognized for its substantial contributions to the community, and was named the St.
Tammany West Chamber of Commerce’s Large Business of the Year for 2012.

Will and his wife, Shelley, have been married for 19 years. They have two children, Jannah and Ealon.

Serving as President of Sales for 13 years, Stuart focused on continuously showing new businesses
the amazing value Netchex offers. Under Stuart’s leadership, the sales organization grew to more
than 20 reps spread across five states, and thousands of businesses moved to the Netchex solution
for all of their payroll, human resources and benefits needs.

Stuart and Netchex CEO Will Boudreaux launched Netchex in 2003 based on an innovative vision
of how the payroll services industry should be. That desire to constantly innovate, constantly improve,
still drives the philosophy of how Netchex operates.

Stuart is a 1992 graduate of LSU. He resides in Mandeville with his wife and three children.

Paul likes processes. He is analytical, goal-oriented and technical. Paul's mantra of 'constantly
improving' – combined with his ardent focus on formulating effective processes to accomplish that
- makes him a perfect fit for his position as Director of Operations.

A quintessential numbers guy, Paul is charged with managing processes and people in our tax,
production, administration, finance and development departments. Paul also keeps his watchful eye
on Netchex's financials. With the company moving billions of dollars each year, this requires a diligence
reserved only for the most detail-oriented leaders. Paul is a perfect fit.

Paul has been with Netchex since the start, when the company was three cubicles and a payroll stuffing
machine. He has seen it grow to the multi-million dollar company it is today. Watching the company
grow and succeed, and managing the challenges that arise along the way, is his favorite part of his job.
Outside of Netchex, Paul spends his time with his family. He and his wife Emily have three children –
Timothy, Owen and Ashton.

Chris is a people person. He loves turning clients into friends and friends into family - and that's
exactly what he does every day at Netchex. As the Netchex family continues to grow, Chris is there
every step of the way to make sure each new member is completely happy.

Serving as Director of Client Engagement, Chris' main focus is ensuring that each client's experience
from day one is the best that it possibly can be. Throughout his 13 years with the company, Chris
has concentrated on perfecting Netchex's service model and employee standards. His passion for
client satisfaction has helped solidify Netchex as the benchmark for excellent service in the payroll

Chris is a Southeastern Louisiana University alum. Outside of Netchex, Chris is an avid tennis player
and baseball fan, attending as many College and Major League Baseball games as he can. He and his
wife Kim are also kept busy by their two children's numerous sporting ventures throughout the year.

Jay is Netchex's Benefits connoisseur. His professional life is devoted to enriching the Benefits plans
of companies of every size to ensure employers and employees are covered and happy. Considering
the ever-changing healthcare climate, Jay is constantly striving to maintain his expert knowledge of
the system, so he can pass along that vital information to the people he serves.

Serving as the Benefits Director, Jay is continuously working to develop a suite of benefits-related
products with integration or automation that will improve the service experience for our Netchex

Jay is an LSU alum who has served as the Benefits Managing Partner since 2008. Outside of
Netchex, Jay has three wonderful children, ages 12, 10 and 8. Most of his time is spent coaching
their sports or working on their homework. When he's not spending time with family, Jay enjoys
competitive tennis, attending LSU sporting events, duck hunting and fishing.

Rob is a 401(k) guru. Through constantly analyzing industry trends and statistics, Rob is able to bring
the highest level of expertise and service to his 401(k) clients. His knowledge of the system has
helped hundreds of clients soundly plan for their future, and assisted businesses in formatting
the best plan for their employees.

Along with Jay Butcher, Rob helps manage the Benefits division of Netchex. Rob delivers personal
guidance and knowledge to our Netchex clients through hands-on training and planning. His main
professional focus is 401(k) sales, plan development, enrollment and service.

Rob is an LSU alum who spends most of his time outside of the office with his busy family of four
children. Rob is an avid golfer and enjoys playing tennis, traveling and anything LSU sports related.
