Netchex has committed to another two years as the primary sponsor of the Mandeville Soccer Club, continuing a relationship that has helped thousands of local children build character and learn valuable life lessons through soccer.
The Mandeville Soccer Club trains and develops more than 2,500 local children each year in soccer, making the organization a perfect match for Netchex’s ongoing mission to reinvest into the neighborhood in which it thrives.
“We couldn’t exist without Netchex,” said Mandeville Soccer Organization Director Shane Jeanfreau. “We were named one of the top clubs in the state because of the quality we’ve been able to establish over the past couple of years, and Netchex has been a big part of that.”
Jeanfreau said the organization’s No. 1 philosophy is to use soccer to teach kids important life lessons. Through soccer, youths build self-esteem and self-confidence, while learning skills from some of the best coaches in the country. Netchex’s contributions since becoming the primary sponsor in 2010 keep registration fees low, allow the organization to recruit top talent for its staff and provide scholarships to kids in need, Jeanfreau said.

Mandeville-based Netchex was founded by two St. Tammany residents in 2003 and has quickly grown into an industry leader in web-based payroll, human resource, benefits and time and labor management services. Netchex is listed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing, privately owned businesses in the country. The organization was also recognized in January for its strength and its contributions to the local economy with the Tammany Award for Large Business by the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce.
