This position assists the NetBenefits Department in providing excellent customer service to our clients, brokers, and benefit partners that utilize the Netchex NetBenefits tool along with the other product feature that it includes.


Client Service Team is the primary point of contact for our human resources and payroll software clients. You will be helping to support our clients with their use of our payroll and HR software, and promptly respond and resolve questions and problems. This allows us to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Tax Client Support is responsible for reconciling, and filing payroll taxes as well as resolving tax notices while providing a high level of customer service.


Supports the Implementation Project Leads in the conversion of new clients to Netchex. Assists in completing tasks/projects received from existing clients and assists in the collection and entering of company and employee data into the Netchex system. Accountable and responsible for all aspects of the Netchex quality service model that new and existing clients expect at Netchex.
