Our Story
In 2003, two friends, Will Boudreaux and Stuart Ethridge, noticed a gap in their community in Louisiana. The businesses that keep America running were being overlooked. Large payroll providers offered complex systems designed for finance departments and enterprise organizations. Smaller providers delivered personal service but lacked the technology needed to support growing businesses.
Operational companies were stuck choosing between great software or great service.
So, Will and Stuart founded Netchex.
From the beginning, Netchex was purpose-built for businesses in the community. Restaurants. Hotels. Clinics. Car dealerships. Fitness centers. The businesses where employees are on the floor and frontline, managers are juggling multiple responsibilities, and payroll must run accurately without adding more complexity.
