What does Netchex cost?

Netchex charges per-employee, per-month (PEPM), not per payroll. Netchex utilizes quote-based pricing, which can vary depending on the size of your company and the services you are interested in. There is a minimum fee for Netchex services and our standard contract length is 12 months.

You can choose from one of our pre-built packages or speak directly with our sales team to create your own customized solution for your business. And because our solutions are available à la carte,  as your business grows, Netchex can grow with you if you need to add more services later.

How does Netchex keep my data safe?

Netchex is a safe and trustworthy payroll and HR company. We are governed by strict policies and oversight which have allowed us to confidently guarantee compliance to our clients for almost 20 years. We have multiple checks and balances in place with dual authorization and a segregation of duties, which ensures several levels of fraud prevention.

We take our clients’ trust very seriously. We collaborate with experts to ensure we are using the most secure procedures for handling our clients’ money. Additionally, we maintain up-to-date accreditations, including Nacha certification for sound core practices in ACH payment processing.

How long is the implementation process for Netchex?

Once you have authorized your agreement to begin with Netchex, an Implementation Lead is assigned to you to help make the conversion to Netchex as seamless as possible. They will guide you through the conversion process, introducing Netchex to your company, a mock payroll, and ultimately, your first successful monthly payroll.

The relationship between the client and implementation team typically lasts around 60 days. From there, you will transition to the Netchex Service Team.
