How long does the PPRS™ take, and is it free?
It is free and takes about 5 minutes. You answer a short set of questions about your workforce and how you handle payroll, time tracking, onboarding, and compliance today.
What does the PPRS™ measure?
Your score is built from four areas worth 25 points each: Save Dollars, Save Time, Drive Engagement, and Reduce Risk. Together they add up to a score out of 100 that shows where your HR and payroll setup is strong and where it is costing you.
How is my score compared to my industry?
Your answers are benchmarked against average figures for your industry, such as turnover, overtime, and admin hours. Your report shows how you compare with your industry average and with the average for Netchex customers in that industry.
What if I do not know an answer?
You can choose the “I don’t know” option on any numeric question. The assessment fills in your industry’s average for that question so you still get a complete score and report.
Which industries does the assessment cover?
It covers Hospitality, Food & Drink, Healthcare, Automotive Dealerships, Building Services, Consumer Banking, Education, Retail, Health & Fitness, Route Owners, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, Nonprofit & Faith-Based, Professional Services, Pest Control, Landscaping & Green Industry, and Convenience Stores. If yours is not listed, a cross-industry option is available.
