CKJ Management oversees the operational, payroll, and HR functions for two fast-moving restaurant brands: Nukes Eatery, with 12 fast-casual locations across Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi, and Burger King, with 16 locations across the Florida panhandle. Together, they employ nearly 600 hourly workers, spread across multiple states, schedules, tax IDs, and staffing models.
