| Dec 29, 2025 | Last day to submit payroll for 2025 without a wire (submit earlier if liability is higher than average). |
| Dec 30, 2025 | Final day to submit payroll for 2025 (wire required). Also, the last day for demographic changes. |
| Dec 31, 2025 | Deadline for payroll history adjustments and ACA setup for ALEs. |
| Jan 1, 2026 | New Year’s Day (Bank Holiday & Netchex Closed). Amendment fees begin for late 2025 data. |
| Jan 28, 2026 | W-2 processing fees debited. |
| Feb 1, 2026 | ACA additional processing fees assessed. |
| Feb 4, 2026 | 1099 processing fees debited. |
Important Reminder
If your payroll liability is over your average direct deposit liability amount, you must submit a day earlier than the date listed above, or you will need to WIRE payroll funds to Netchex prior to your check date. Please contact your Customer Service Team with questions or concerns.
