Netchex was founded in 2003 by industry veterans Will Boudreaux and Stuart Ethridge, who saw a clear problem in the market: outdated technology, poor customer service, and rigid, overpriced solutions that failed to meet the real needs of growing businesses.
Determined to create something better, they set out to revolutionize the payroll experience through intuitive web-based technology, accountability, while providing unmatched value. What began as a vision to simplify and streamline payroll has grown into a market-leading HCM platform—where innovation meets operational excellence.
