CKJ Management oversees the operational, payroll, and HR functions for two fast-moving restaurant brands: Nukes Eatery, with 12 fast-casual locations across Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi, and Burger King, with 16 locations across the Florida panhandle. Together, they employ nearly 600 hourly workers, spread across multiple states, schedules, tax IDs, and staffing models. The organization runs on constant momentum: industry-expected turnover, nonstop hiring demands, intricate tip structures, and three different POS systems that all feed into one centralized HR and payroll hub.

At the center of it all is HR Manager Joann Skiba, who handles payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, data accuracy, and multi-company organization.
