About The Blood Center
The Blood Center (TBC) is the primary supplier of blood, blood components, and plasma derivatives to local hospitals throughout South Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. As HR manager, Emmie Golemi is responsible for payroll and accounting, benefits administration, performance management, and recruiting/hiring/onboarding employees across two states.
Better Payroll & Timekeeping Processes
Once with Netchex, TBC was able to seamlessly integrate payroll with our time and attendance solution. This enabled them to move away from paper timesheets and manual processes—not only saving time but creating easier, more manageable HR processes as well.
For me personally, I was able to easily approve payroll while I was on my last maternity leave. That was not possible during my previous leaves with other payroll providers.
