Who should take these courses?
These courses are designed for anyone using Netchex — HR admins, payroll managers, team leads, and HR directors.
How long does each course take?
Each course takes 1-3 hours to complete. Within each course there are multiple sessions of short 3-6 minute micro learnings so you can learn in quick sprints. The number of sessions per course vary by topic.
What happens when I complete a course?
You’ll earn a certification badge that you can share with your organization and add to your professional profile.
Can I retake a course?
Yes. You can renew by retaking the course or completing a shorter refresher module.
Are these courses required?
No, they’re optional. However, we recommend Foundations for all new users as a onboarding standard. From there, pick the courses that match your role and responsibilities in Netchex.

Yes. You’ll receive a digital certificate after passing the final quiz, which you can download, print, or share.
