Since 2001, a2b Fulfillment has been helping companies work smarter by providing third-party logistics services, including Order Fulfillment, Customer Care and Value-Added Services. Their specialized solutions are designed to improve the customer experience, while reducing operating costs through a variable model. Due to company growth and provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a2b Fulfillment was looking for a fully integrated system that would allow them to allocate some of the administrative work to their accounting staff. They used paper applications and maintained EEO reports manually, and also didn’t offer direct deposit to employees, relying on paper check.
