Avid4 Adventure was facing an uphill climb. Two key leaders, Cynthia Podrouzek, Director of People & Culture, and Kyle Littman, Controller, were new to their roles and tasked with managing an outdated 2-dimensional accounting structure that couldn’t meet the needs of their growing operations.
