Netchex Solutions
OS Enterprises has a mixture of P&D and Line Haul routes across four companies. They were looking for a solution that knew the ins and outs of different types of routes and different pay structures. They wanted a solution that was easy for their drivers to use on the go and that worked with their time and attendance and pay schedule.
We wanted a software that was tailored to FedEx contractors. Netchex has been able to provide us as well as our employees with an in-depth payroll system that allows our employees to manage time worked, benefits, HR support, etc. Our employees love having all of their information at their fingertips.

OS Enterprises loved that Netchex had worked with hundreds of FedEx route owners and knew gave them the flexibility they needed to manage payroll and pay their employees.
We love that we have ample time to prepare and run payroll! We love that the payroll deadline is on Thursday (3 pm CT for us) because it gives us a solid day and a half to triple check our work. As a FedEx contractor with multiple entities, there are a lot of moving parts, and no week is the same as the last, so we need plenty of time to get the details right.
Implementation Process and Service:
OS Enterprises was looking for an implementation and service team that was familiar with setting up P&D and Line Haul routes. They were looking for attentive customer service that they could rely on to work with them when challenges arose.
The implementation team was awesome! Chelsi was incredibly attentive and answered every question we had. She walked us through the entire process and even corrected some errors we were making with our previous payroll provider. 10/10 service!
