Since 2001, a2b Fulfillment has been helping companies work smarter by providing third-party logistics services, including Order Fulfillment, Customer Care and Value-Added Services. Their specialized solutions are designed to improve the customer experience, while reducing operating costs through a variable model. Due to company growth and provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a2b Fulfillment was looking for a fully integrated system that would allow them to allocate some of the administrative work to their accounting staff. They used paper applications and maintained EEO reports manually, and also didn’t offer direct deposit to employees, relying on paper check.

a2b Fulfillment no longer had to coordinate multiple entries in multiple systems. Our web-based, single-source solution gave them complete control over their payroll system, benefits and human resources information. The automated tracking and reporting of our Time and Attendance solution allowed a2b to eliminate manual tracking of paid time off accruals, EEO reports and more. Managers are able to view timecards and ACA tracking information like full-time equivalency status. NetGuide allows for easy task management and allocation, giving a2b the ability to give administrative work to their accounting staff directly to their employee dashboards. The addition of NetBenefits and NetCOBRA allows a2b to retain talented employees by offering benefits without the hassle and time of administration.
