Life Before Netchex
Before switching to Netchex in 2015, Scott + Reid was using ADP for their payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and benefits. In each one of these processes, the administrators at Scott + Reid found that ADP’s system was leaving them with a number of manual processes when it came to tracking vacation time, employee benefits costs, and getting their new hires onboarded.
