Life Before Netchex
Before switching to Netchex in 2015, Scott + Reid was using ADP for their payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and benefits. In each one of these processes, the administrators at Scott + Reid found that ADP’s system was leaving them with a number of manual processes when it came to tracking vacation time, employee benefits costs, and getting their new hires onboarded. After expanding to two cities and hiring more employees, they began looking for a single-source system that eliminated unnecessary manual work and gave them more robust reporting.
